The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms (one of which is en suite), accommodating up to nine people. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with two single beds, three bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm). There is also a ping pong table available in the basement. You have a private outdoor area with a pool (open from May to October), a large and picturesque garden with numerous olive trees, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. Smoking inside the house and organizing events are not permitted. Air conditioning is provided by portable units, available on request to reduce energy consumption. A mountain bike is available, and you can rent e-bikes in the village of Monteverdi Marittimo. The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation, with information available on site. Lighting is energy-saving, electricity is largely produced by photovoltaic panels, and hot water is generated by a heat pump. Sustainable materials have been used for insulation, and all interiors are finished with breathable lime-painted walls, without the use of chemical paints.
